Good morning, Church!

Thank you for joining us as we continue through our series "Reckless Faith." As we prepare our hearts to receive God's word this morning, I [Bryant] encourage you to take a minute and reflect on how God has served each one of us. 

In this season of craziness, it is very easy to give in to feelings of fear and anxiety. "What am I going to do about my work/family/finances/health/food/etc?" But I encourage you to remember The One who has served you first. There is a tremendous amount of "need" all around us these days. So as we dive into the topic of Reckless Service, I pray that the Lord grows our hearts to serve those around us, because He has served us first.

When he had finished washing their feet, he put on his clothes and returned to his place. “Do you understand what I have done for you?” he asked them. “You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and rightly so, for that is what I am. Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. Very truly I tell you, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him. Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them.
