Our worship service is centered upon our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. The music ministry prepares our hearts for worship with contemporary and traditional songs and hymns. There is a sharing time with a Children’s Lesson, a Personal Sharing time, or a Missions Moment, updating the church family on missionary and outreach activities. The message is Bible-believing and Christ-centered, seeking to glorify and exalt our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. After the service in the main sanctuary, all are invited to share in good food and conversation in the Fellowship Hall. Here we allow relationships to begin and grow and where visitors can learn about how God is working in and through our church family.

Our worship continues with special seminars and Sunday school lessons and studies. Church-wide studies have included Emotionally Healthy Spirituality and Not a Fan, Becoming a Completely Devoted Follower of Jesus. Special seminars have included Parenting is Heart Work and discerning and discovering one’s spiritual gifts.

At Palos Verdes Baptist Church, worship is our way of life. It is more than our time on Sunday; it continues everyday and extends to everyone we meet. Our worship gives glory to God for changed lives changing lives.
