Dear Church Family and Friends,

The outbreak of COVID-19 is changing rapidly and Governor Newson has ordered all Californians to stay at home. So, will we be having church and doing ministry?

Absolutely, only it will look different!

Thankfully, with the assistance of technology, Pastor Ken’s messages and our children’s Sunday school lessons, along with Family Talk and Faith Stories, will be made available online at our regular service time at 9:00 a.m. on Sundays. Our youth will be experiencing online fellowship with John on Friday nights and Sunday mornings too! Please invite family, friends and neighbors to access PVBC’s online Sunday services so that we can all worship together in the safety of our homes.

In addition, your past giving has provided PVBC with the resources to help spread God’s message of love and eternal life through Jesus Christ among friends and family – children and youth, students and parents, seekers and believers – locally in our community and internationally to the ends of the earth in fulfilling the Great Commission.

Some of you have tithed biblically (10%) to the church to further God’s kingdom on earth. As we are in uncertain and challenging times with COVID-19, please seek God’s direction regarding your giving in proportion to His generous provision for you and your family. In 2020, we are focusing on “Trusting God.” In trusting God, our church is seeking additional resources to hire an associate pastor who will disciple new believers and seekers as we are committed to Changed Lives Changing Lives.

You can mail your giving to PVBC’s administrative office at 4010 Palos Verdes Drive North, Suite 101, Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274. Online giving is also available at https://my.gobluefire.com/App/Giving/pvbc.

Grateful for God’s blessings and your generosity!

“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the LORD Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.’
