Beginning in 2010, PVBC has partnered with Suita Bible Gospel Church near the city of Osaka, Japan to share the gospel of Jesus Christ to all ages through English hang out times, creative celebrations of food, fun, music and testimony, support of the Junior summer camp as well as other outreach opportunities. 2014 ushers in our fourth year of partnership.
This year, PVBC will present for the second year an English language Vacation Bible School. 2013 was the first VBS enjoyed by the local children at Suita Bible Gospel Church. Again, there will also be a cooking ministry portion for the mothers to enjoy while the children are in VBS. Other outreach opportunities are also a part of the ministry there!

As with Tohoku missions, 2013 marked the 3rd year of partnership with Suita Bible Gospel Church in sharing the gospel. The Lord's first two missions for us in 2010 and 2012 had an emphasis on youth outreach and youth discipleship. In 2013, the focus was two-pronged with Vacation Bible School on the front end and youth camp outreach, discipleship on the back end. With about 45 VBS kids of whom 22 were un-churched, this first VBS was considered by Suita Church as an outreach worth repeating! It is PVBC’s desire to equip and train Suita members to lead. The youth times afforded great opportunities for some of the team to share their testimonies and to generally build connections to the Suita church.
