Emotion Coaching refers to a method of coaching a child/teen that builds emotional intelligence that results in a resilient, confident person to healthfully handle life’s most challenging circumstances.  Whether peer pressure, daily stress, bullying, family discord and more adults can offer the child/teen tools to understand their emotional responses.  Research has found that young people who have strong emotional intelligence in being self-reflective in their own emotional responses, even more than IQ, will lead to a happier and more “successful” life in ALL areas.
